When will my order ship?

Do you accept custom orders?
Currently we are not accepting custom orders.
What do I do if my address is incorrect?
Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. We cannot make any changes once an order is placed. If an order is sent back, customer is responsible to pay the fees to resend.
Returns? Exchanges? Cancellations?
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Cancellations are done on a case by case basis, and your order may or may not be eligible to be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any issues.
Our subscription will be your go to for clear foiled goodies!! Focusing on OVERLAYS and FOIL, you will get items that are matching in theme and foil color/s all designed with exclusive art!
How much is the subscription?
$25 before shipping.
Each month you will get a variety of overlay tapes, transparent foiled tapes, and transparent journaling cards. ALL items are EXCLUSIVE to subscribers and ONLY overstock items will come to the shop at a later date.
When can I sign up?
Sign ups will begin on the 12th of each month, and will be open until we reach capacity or the end of the month.
Does it auto renew?
Yes. Your subscription will auto renew on the 10th of every month, you will be charged on the same day.
When will the subs ship?
They could begin to ship as early as the 10th when current subscribers are charged, and will completely ship by the end of the month.
Can I cancel or skip a month?
Our subscription requires 2 month minimum commitment. After two months, you are able to cancel via the customer portal, or contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We don't allow months to be skipped.

How do I access my rewards?
From any page on our website, you can access your rewards from the star box on the bottom left side of the page!
How do I earn and redeem rewards?
All of this information can be accessed from the rewards section on our website!
What are referrals?
Referral codes are used to refer NEW or first time customers to our shop! The referrer has a coupon code they can share with potential customers. The new customer will be able to use the code, and the referrer receives a code as well! Please note the referral rewards are meant ONLY for first time customers. If a referral code is used multiple times, you may be disqualified from our rewards program in its entirety.
