When will my order ship?

Processing times can be found at the top of our website. Please note these times before placing your order.

Do you accept custom orders?

Currently we are not accepting custom orders.

What do I do if my address is incorrect?

Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. We cannot make any changes once an order is placed. If an order is sent back, customer is responsible to pay the fees to resend.

Returns? Exchanges? Cancellations?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, but can be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Cancellations are done on a case by case basis, and your order may or may not be eligible to be cancelled. For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss options. Please contact us if you have any issues.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees (ie. customs and/or taxes). As of 7/1/2021, EU customers are responsible for any import VAT, taxes, or fees.

 

 

Rewards Program FAQ

How do I access my rewards?

From any page on our website, you can access your rewards from the star box on the bottom left side of the page!

How do I earn and redeem rewards?

All of this information can be accessed from the rewards section on our website!

What are referrals?

Referral codes are used to refer NEW or first time customers to our shop! The referrer has a coupon code they can share with potential customers. The new customer will be able to use the code, and the referrer receives a code as well! Please note the referral rewards are meant ONLY for first time customers. If a referral code is used multiple times, you may be disqualified from our rewards program in its entirety.

I redeemed a reward, but don't want to use the code yet! Help!
